1. Gentle Cleanser: I use Aveeno Brightening cleanser or Cetaphil. Never use a cleanser that has harsh exfoliating properties. It can cause skin damage. This cleanser gently removes impurities while brightening my skin.

2. Sunscreen: (THIS IS A MUST, WHETHER INDOORS/OUTDOORS or COLD/HOT). Always wear sunscreen everyday, because blue light from TV, microwave or phones can cause skin damage too. Protect yourself and your skin.

The sunscreen I use : La Roche-Posey sunscreen SPF 15 if I am inside. One thing to look for is that it must have zinc oxide or minerals. Mineralized sunscreen is the best form of protection even if it gives you a gray cast. Minerals help block UVA/UVB rays that can cause serious damage to skin.

If I am going to go outside, then I use Elta MD SPF 40, personally, it is my favorite.

Budget sunscreen: Cerave Sunscreen SPF 35 ( I have used this too!) and I love
it.

Also, anything about SPF40 doesn't work as well in blocking UVA/UVB rays. Hence, reapplication plays a huge role in sun protection.

3. Moisturizer: I recommend IT Cosmetics confidence cream. This cream is pricey but it is worth the money. It has Niacinamide and hyaluronc acid . Niacinamide helps build cells in the skin while also protecting them from environmental stresses, such as sunlight, pollution, and toxins. Hyaluronic acid helps skin stretch and flex and reduces skin wrinkles and lines. Hyaluronic acid is also proven to help wounds heal faster and can reduce scarring.

4. Vitamin C serum: I use La Roche-Posay vitamin C to give my skin a glowy look and it helps collagen to grow.

5. CerVae Skin Renewing Gel Oil. It has of the ceramide, collagen, hyaluronic acid I need to lock the moisture and nutrients into my skin. On top of that, it makes my skin look so radiant!.
